AT Seafood Global Limited is a professional trading company acting as a bridge between Vietnamese suppliers and international markets, specializing in exporting Vietnamese agricultural and frozen seafood products worldwide.
With years of experience in international trade and seafood exports, we have built strong partnerships and established a solid reputation in both domestic and overseas markets.
To support our business expansion, we are looking for dynamic and passionate Export Sales Executives to join our growing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, manage, and expand international B2B customers.
- Advise customers on products and negotiate pricing, specifications, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Be responsible for the entire export order process, from contract signing, documentation, deposit collection, production follow-up, shipment, until final payment.
- Participate in international seafood exhibitions and trade fairs (if any) to explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Actively contribute ideas to expand export markets and improve sales performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience is preferred; however, candidates without experience will be fully trained.
- College or University degree in Seafood Processing, Business Administration, International Trade, Import–Export, Logistics, English, or related fields.
- Good command of English, capable of communicating via email and directly with international customers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, quick learner, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Honest, professional, hardworking, and eager to develop a long-term career in export sales.

- Salary range: VND 8 – 20 million/month, negotiable based on capability
No income cap – the more effective and persistent you are, the higher your earnings

Working time:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
